Had an exceptional time. Staff and location were OK, I enjoyed it. Superb bedrooms and an awesome bathroom.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Good value, you're getting polite service. Very quick check-in, soft bed. Best possible location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a landmark mall.

Better choose this place to stay when in Birmingham. Everything was great and lots to do. Great sized room, exceptionally comfortable bed and good bathroom. The location was ideal, within walking distance of Corporation Street. I loved my stay very close to restaurants and bars. I visited tapas bar and tried cold drinks.

Extremely helpful staff, superb decor. Bed was very comfy, and the room itself was excellent. They made my stay comfortable. Supermarkets and shopping centre were right next door. Easy check in & the service was fantastic. Exceptionally comfortable place to stay while in Birmingham.

We ate at gas street social, which is only 500 m away, it suited our needs. The hotel was not far from birmingham back to back. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Birmingham City Centre district. A 20-minute ride to the airport.

No issues.
